ABOUT

I’m Sarah—a writer and poet whose work explores the emotional landscape of grief, desire, sobriety, motherhood, mental health, and cause/effect.

Rooted in the body, my poetry moves through rupture and reckoning with an attempt at quiet precision. I write towards clarity, not closure—letting silence and language share the weight of energy. A mother, artist, and meditation teacher, I aim to bring the reader into the tension living between tenderness and truth.

My poems live in the body—in the organs and limbs where our memories linger and experiences impact.
